Smello's Blue Non-bleeding Dispersion Color 25 g

This vibrant blue is non-bleeding and striking, offering a brilliant splash of color in all formulations. In lighter bases, it maintains its clarity and vibrancy. Composed of cosmetic-grade inorganic pigment (ultramarine blue) suspended in glycerin, this color is super concentrated and water-dispersible.
