At Smello, we want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged product or find items missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be processed.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and sale items.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons beyond our responsibility.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
- Items with incomplete packaging or missing components.
Steps to Initiate a Return
- Unboxing Video: Record a single, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package and any visible damage. Only one clip will be accepted.
- Photos & Video Evidence: Provide clear photos of all sides of the product, focusing on any damage or defects.
- Proof of Purchase: Share a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds Are Not Applicable For:
- Items damaged due to misuse.
- Products that do not meet return eligibility criteria.
Delayed Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card provider regarding processing times.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at customercare@smello.in
Exchanges
We replace/exchange items only if they are wrong or damaged. To request an exchange:

- Send the defective or wrong item to the return address mentioned above.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our products:
- All sales are final - Exchanges and refunds can only be accommodated in cases of incorrect items shipped or defective items.
- Once your order is packed, it is final and cannot be altered or cancelled.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
