CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged product or items are missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this time cannot be processed.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards and sale items.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons beyond our responsibility.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  • Items with incomplete packaging or missing components.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  1. Unboxing Video: Record a complete unboxing video in one continuous take, showing the sealed package and any damage. Only one clip will be accepted.
  2. Photos & Video: Take clear photos of all sides of the product and highlight specific areas of damage.
  3. Proof of Purchase: Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

  • If your return is approved after inspection, we will process the refund, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    • Items damaged due to misuse.
    • Products not meeting return eligibility criteria.

Delayed Refunds:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company for processing times.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email customercare@smello.in and send the defective item to the address above.


CANCELLATION

Due to the nature of our products:

  • All sales are final—exchanges or refunds cannot be accommodated.
  • Once your order is packed, it is final and cannot be altered or cancelled.
